1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We want you to adore your StyleKari demi-fine pieces. If you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, you may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
✅ Eligible For Return
Pieces in unworn condition, with security tags attached, in original luxury gift packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable
Pierced earrings with broken hygiene seals (unless reported defective upon delivery).
2. Damaged in Transit or Wrong Item Received
Every shipment is inspected and packaged securely in tamper-evident jewelry vaults. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Share a clear photo or short unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damaged/defective piece.
- We will arrange an immediate priority replacement at zero additional shipping cost to you.
3. Refund Timelines & Settlement
- Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): Transferred back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your issuing bank's clearing cycle.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Settled securely via direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfer or instant StyleKari store credit voucher.
